Jesus, just could not move the thing. Hamstrings are sore from RDLs but I thought I could power through it the way I did with sore abs last week. Back up to 2 mats next week.

I just watched the 2 mat pull video from the past week, and that was such an absolutely brutal set that I bet it did a number on your recovery. Between that and making 198 (congrats by the way) it all makes sense. You're still keeping some great strength at this weight; great work dude.
