* After not pulling heavy for several weeks and losing weight from COVID AND feeling rundown just yesterday when all upper-body work felt like a million pounds this was shockingly light. Those reverse hyper leg curls did a great job keeping my hamstrings strong while sub-100%.

* I'm squatting frequently during my first real week back and this was enough. Looking forward to going back up in the 200s again soon.

Finances are dead tight as I look for another job and got no sick pay while I was out for 2 weeks but might do something for Canada Day tomorrow by packing food I have at home and going to the beach. There are still ways to live.
