235 x 3 x 8
225 x 8 (close-grip)

All supet-set with dumbbell rows except first two work-up sets (100 lb in right, 115 in left x 8)

Curls

Done in a hair over an hour. Solid pump and good amount of weight moved. Sparring day after work!!
