Felt a small twinge in my right arm so I stopped.

Seated overhead dumbbell press

Eccentric tricep pressdowns with right arm

Tried doing a set of eccentric skullcrushers. I can bang out reps with the 50 lb dumbbell but it's too heavy for slow lifting at the end of a workout. Might pick up a pair of 40s sometime.
