My internet has been down for the past few days. Recent lifting highlights:

> Benched 305 for 3 reps.
> Overhead pressed 90 lb. dumbbells for 8 reps (right after benching, no less).
> Did lateral raises with 50 lb. dumbbells.
> Good mornings for 8 with 210 lbs.
