Work up to 170x5, overhead shrugs top x 5 on last rep of each set

Chest-emphasized push-ups (elbows out, lessened ROM, squeezing the handles together into the ground)

All presses super-set with either 170 lb axle rows x 12-15 or heavy band pulldowns

Bar curls

Went on an easy hike later and had really good Thai food for dinner.
