Military press:
6 x 3     95, 135, 155, 185, 195, 200 lbs.
> Awesome. Just a few months ago, this was my 1RM.

Barbell skullcrushers:
4 x 8     145 lbs.

Bent-over lat raises (unilateral) :
3 x 16   45 lb. dumbbells

Bent-over dumbbell rows:
2 x 8     85 lb. dumbbells (lying, bilateral)
2 x 8     120 lb. dumbbells

Bilateral curls:
1 x 8     40 lb. dumbbells
1 x 5    
40 lb. dumbbells

1 x 5    
40 lb. dumbbells

At night, I stretched for thirty minutes.
