Bent-over dumbbell rows:
2 x 8 85 lb. dumbbells (lying, bilateral)
2 x 8 120 lb. dumbbells
Bilateral curls:
1 x 8 40 lb. dumbbells
1 x 5 40 lb. dumbbells
1 x 5 40 lb. dumbbells
At night, I stretched for thirty minutes.
