365 x 3 x 5

Bench press:
225, 260, 290 x 5

Dumbbell rows:
100s x 16, 13, 10
Done in an hour and 10 minutes. Pretty good, but my recovery always takes a hit on straight sets of squats.
Went to boxing last night.
