> This sucked. The bar kept hitting a weight rack that was right beside me, so I had to go slow as hell. Use the other bench next time.

Bent-over lat raises (unilateral):
3 x 16   50 lb. dumbbells

Lying dumbbell rows:
4 x 8     85 lb. dumbbells (lying, bilateral)

Bilateral curls:
1 x 8     45 lb. dumbbells
1 x 6
