Slowly increasing the cleans, much better than before.

Fasted walk today.
Those cleans will definitely pay off some. Good to just redevelop that explosiveness. Cleaning the keg is also a good choice, because along with explosiveness, you learn a little bit of the brutality necessary to get awkward objects up. There is some finesse, and then there is also just force of will, haha.
