Stopped here. Knee hurt even with sleeves and both reps were a grind. Felt like I couldn't blast up through my knee like I wanted.

  2. Hey thanks, it hurt on the 325 but not enough for me to stop like with 390.

    I don't know how your shirts stay intact, dude. Both times I've done the stones I've had to throw my top away.

    1. A tight fit helps. You generally want something pretty snug with the stones, so that it doesn't drag the shirt along with you. It's the excuse you need to wear a children's medium in order to look super jacked, haha.
