SSB box squats:
310, 330, 350 x 5
One-arm dumbbell press:
Right - 132.5 x 4
Left - 80 x 12
Pull-ups:
15, 8, 8
It's crazy how much more I can squat parallel. I've been going ATG practically every time. 350 was pretty easy so I think I'm going to keep going up some more.
