Entry #597
Was running late today. Didn't get to lift. The gym closes at 7 on the weekends. Am anxious to train.
Thinking about getting an iPod. Wouldn't use it for lifting, but on the long night walks to the store, where the only sounds are cars, it wouldn't be a distraction from anything. I don't care about music when training, though.
Job update, which is absolutely conducive to training: I answered an ad for "Medical Assistant for Ophthalmology Practice", with the only requirement being a year of college. Would be fun.
I really don't care about music when lifting either, but the gym plays crappy music anyway, so I might as well listen to something better.
ReplyDeleteMusic when training is awesome. However, certain songs work better with lifting than with running, or driving, or walking to the store, or etc.
ReplyDeleteAn ipod shuffle is absurdly cheap nowadays though.
