Entry #596

Walked to Whole Foods to pick up some whey. Did not eat exceptionally well today. Need to prepare meals further in advance. It's a full-time job, at this weight.

Deadlifting 455 tomorrow, and then switching to squats for the next three weeks. Next cycle, by the end of it, I'll reach a 500 lb. deadlift.

  1. Good luck on the deadlift.  For some reason, the jump between 400 and 500 is really fast compared to anything else.

  2. I've noticed that. If this is going in a pattern, then we'll reach 600 from 500 by the time we're 40.
