ReplyDeleteI just came back from a wrestling tournament, in which I came in first. Thank you the help in both strength training and nutrition. Optimizing my diet, and my routine really helped me be able to use my strength in conjunction with my technique. I also used my routine for another wrestler on my team (120 lbs guy) who has seen great gains both in gym and on the mat. Thanks again! - Hamza
