* Had to push-press the final rep to get 7. 3 minutes rest between each set. 

Dips

Weighted dips were super-set with wide-grip chin-ups

Another early night but I got this knocked earlier than yesterday and in an hour. Looking to bring that time down for this amount of volume, but knowing me I'll keep the time the same and just do more.
