ReplyDeleteI actually just walked into my martial arts gym a couple of weeks ago to extend the freeze on my account until January. I practice some extremely light and easy punches with the arm but I can't do anything too ballistic yet. I'm stoked to hear that about you and where you'll go with that. I still remember the post where you said you're hanging up the gloves.
I don't imagine I'm actually going to seriously train again; just feeling the urge again is all. It comes and goes. I might get the kid into martial arts someday and maybe join them as an excuse.
