Overhead medley -

Felt fed up with my hardware woes and stuff not fitting my weird-ass kegs and just duct taped cloth to seal it. It worked. Tried other solutions before this and any water falling out just lands on my shoulder so it's no big deal. It's likely too little too late but I'm glad to have made this work, even temporarily.

Chin-ups
20

Facepulls superset with-
Keg curls: 8, 8

Took a pump picture PWO. Well on my way to being a contender for Miss Canada.

  1. Great work on getting the keg viable. That water really makes things tricky too, since it's sloshing around. Should get you real strong for the log.

Looking big in the photo. I see you've also utilized my approach of keeping the beater on to hide any flaws, haha.

  2. Yeah man, that medley made my back major sore today even though the keg was light.

And thanks, we should form a bodybuilding federation with tanktops and high socks to hide the calves.

    1. Sounds like a new branch of men's physique. We may have a new market cornered. We'll judge based on amount of bodyhair, length of beard, and size/color of stretch marks.
