SSB walkout:

SSB squats:
335 x 5, 1
• Back tweaked.

Neck machine:
100 x 10

Neck crunches:
25 x 10
• New icon for super-sets.

SSB squats:
150 x 30, 20

It's clear that I need to get my back health in order before I can be good at the deadlift. Keep up the yoga, go on walks, etc.
