> Failed a 10th, so I reracked and then hit a final rep. Lots of rest pausing. I can still ride this out. The problem is the gym closing on me and not being able to rest long enough.

> Insanely painful on the biceps. I love these.
Went on a relaxing 25-minute run tonight.
