> Rushing a little and had to rest-pause a little bit on the very last three reps.
V-handle chin-ups:

Dips:

> At the park. I noticed improvements when adding some extra tricep work, both with band pressdowns or dips.

Staying the course on 5/3/1 pays off so much. It really is a program that rewards patience. Good work on the press.
ReplyDeleteThanks man. I've gleamed it from 3 positive lifting sources and you're one of them. We're so inundated with the mainstream telling us to try X program to immediately bust through plateaus that many of us never even learned the concept of bad days properly.
