SSB squats:
315 x 3 x 5

> Wow. Felt so much stronger. I really think I've settled into a winning formula here.

One-armed dumbbell press:
Right arm - 122.5 x 3 x 5
Left arm - 65 x 20, 15, 12

Pull-ups:
12, 8, 10

> Stopped whenever shoulder started to hurt.
