RE upper yesterday:

> Seems to substitute for mini-bands decently.

Was really strict with rest times. Nothing over 60 seconds.

DE lower

Depth jumps, 25 inch plat:
55 lb dumbbells x 3, 8 sets

Clean grip front squats:
225 x 3, 3, 1
Arms folded:
5, 5
> Wrist flexibility was the limiting factor. Getting better, though.

CoC trainer:
20, 15, 10
> Left hand is way stronger.
