Dips:

Chin-ups:
12, 10, 8, 6, 5
> Zero rest-pauses.

Dumbbell curls:
50 x 8, 6

Dumbbell shrugs:
125 x 15

Have been doing a lot of cardio I haven't been logging. Today did a circuit of shadowboxing, mountain climbers and burpees.
