Went on hike with George at Castle Rock. I braced for the worst, and it didn't deliver. These uphill sprints have payed off. I didn't once get out of breath or feel any threat of leg cramps. It was a walk in the park.
The worst thing that happened was that my Serious MASS leaked from my thermos and filled up my backpack. None of it was salvageable.
That looks like an awesome hike.
