Box squats:
9 x 2 225 lbs.
1 x 1 225 lbs.

Felt a twinge of pain in left knee on last set, so I stopped after that rep.
Romanian deadlifts:
3 x 8 275 lbs.
> Wow. Switching bars made all the difference. Held the weight in overhand grip with no problems.
Full-contact twists:
3 x 8 70 lbs.
Didn't have any dextrose, so I drank weightgainer post-workout.
