Cardio day. HIIT in the morning on the track, jumprope later at night. Conditioning is excellent.

  2. Several short, maximum~intensity efforts separated by moderate recovery intervals.For example, rather than going on a normal run, you would jog for a bit, then sprint, then jog, then sprint, etc.

  4. I saw you post on abcbodybuilding.com wondering where the NO2 article went. The author (Joe King) and ABC had a real bad break-up (Joe and his protege "squirrel/Brothaman" (if you remember them) owned a portion of the ABC Store) and all his articles/posts were removed.
