What do the acronyms DE and ME stand for? So like, you'll ME upperbody, for istance. What does that mean though?

ReplyDeleteOh, so it's like, Powerlifting, and then Plyometrics, only slightly different?
ReplyDeleteIn regards to how heavy you train under, yeah, but the "plyometrics" phase is still using powerlifting techniques.
