Entry #135
Did endurance training at the high school.

Chin-ups: 4 sets; 17, 10, 8, 8 reps

Biceps were sore from deadlift day. Might have been able to do more than 17 if I was at full strength.

  2. The difference between a set and a rep?? lol
17 reps is pretty good, I can only dish out like five at the most. I haven't done them lately though.

  3. How long do you rest in between sets?A rep is when you do the exercise once. If you do one push-up, you did one rep of push-ups. If you do 10 push-ups, you did 10 reps of push-ups.A set is a collection of reps. If you are doing 4 sets of 10 push-ups, that means you'll do 10 push-ups, rest, 10 push-ups, rest, etc etc until you've done 10 push-ups 4 times.
