Major coughing attack near the end of this, almost had to shut it down to go rest. Always bring cough drops out to the gym.
Afterwards a cough drop, hot water, hot bone broth, and sitting in the bathroom with a hot bath steaming everything brought it down while I sipped my protein shake.
I haven't been commenting nearly enough, but observing you overcome COVID like this has been incredible dude. You have no quit in you
